About Dmitri Koval
Dmitri Koval is a native of Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, and has been entertaining crowds around the world ever since he first recognized his love of music at a very young age. Family holidays full of music, singing, and dancing, playing through the ‘American Classic Songbook’ for his Grandparents, listening to his Father’s records, and early piano lessons with his Mother, are just some of his favorite, early musical memories.
Since then he has won Classical Piano competitions, studied advanced music at Duquesne University, and has enjoyed an extensive musical career that has already taken him to over 65+ countries while working in the global-international travel & tourism industry as a musician, band leader, music manager, entertainment team leader, and music director.
From jazz clubs to cruise ships, community events to concert halls, restaurants to academia - working with the styles of classical music, big band, jazz, dixie, bluegrass, country, classic rock, show tunes, folk music, Americana, the blues, funk, early hip hop, and more!
As music has the transcendental power to connect anyone and everyone, from all walks of life, Dmitri finds great delight in performing and is joyous to share the incredible gift of music with the world, and especially with his community.
His hobbies also include fitness, martial arts, ice hockey, chess, neuroplasticity, walking, singing, and relaxing. Dmitri loves to connect with his audiences, so be sure to say hello, have a chat, and share with him some of your favorite music and treasured musical memories!
